Kristin Geenty

Kristin is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Geenty Group Realtors. Her Sales Experience has cut across all disciplines of the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Sales Field. She has been recognized by her peers at the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division (CID) every year since she began her career,Estate Sales Field. She has been recognized by her peers at the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division (CID) every year since she began her career, with awards for the Largest Office Transaction in the association, as well as the most challenging transaction. Kristin is Past President of the 105 member New Haven CID. She was recently designated a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, an international group of highly achieving brokers who have a minimum of five years in the Commercial Real Estate business, a quantifiable track record and higher real estate education in fields of study specific to building practices, ethics and build-to-suit investment strategies.Kristin has contributed to “New England Real Estate Journal”, writing pieces about New Haven County’s Office and Industrial markets, as well as future trends. She has also contributed to “Business New Haven” and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce and the New Haven Symphony Orchestra.
