Lindsay started her career as a real estate broker in 2010, and has deep experience working with multifamily teams as VP of Product and VP of Customer Success at various PropTech companies for the past 9 years. She formed close relationships with her customers and saw that teams often had no insight into what influenced a prospect's decision, which led her to question underlying and often overlooked challenges in multifamily marketing and leasing. She built Tourus, a renter intelligence platform to help teams understand the factors that impact their conversion rates and learn more about their prospective renters' preferences and needs. She is passionate about aligning incentives between renters and properties, and approaching industry challenges from unexplored perspectives.
