Following a 20 year career in working with public and private companies, Sarah pivoted to a career as owner of a boutique M&A advisory practice, Eminence M&A Strategies, that helps the owners of privately held businesses with exit strategy, profit acceleration, and the private sale of the business enterprise and manages the sale or lease of associated real estate. Through the M&A process and transaction, Sarah leverages her experience as a real estate owner and investor to help owners and buyers achieve their exit, growth, and acquisition objectives. Sarah has experience with complex commercial real estate transactions as part of the private transfer of the business. Sarah has commenced a project with other women in commercial real estate to develop community-driven real estate development in Central Texas and beyond.
