Kenisha Robnett, CCIM has been a commercial real estate practitioner since 2006. She spent the majority of her career in brokerage as a Tenant Rep, but also has experience in mixed-used portfolio management, Landlord Rep and Corporate Real Estate. At one point in her career, she joined the real estate division for Walmart headquarters, which is still the #1 Fortune 100 company in the world. It was there that she assisted in site selection for new developments, she strategically negotiated leases, disposed of excess land, and managed an $8B, 44 million square foot portfolio of assets. She is currently a trusted Corporate Real Estate Advisor at Greenwood CRE in Atlanta, Georgia. She represents clients with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and strategy pertaining to: office, retail, land, and industrial needs. As an award-winning broker for production and industry leadership, Robnett was added to “The Leaders” of Atlanta women's list by the Urban Land Institute (2022). She was recognized by Globestreet as a “Commercial Real Estate Woman of Influence” (2020), and she was also recognized as a ‘Regional and National Leader in the Industry’ by Connect Media (2019). She has even been featured as a keynote speaker and panelist, at numerous conferences around the country.
