I am Co-Founder and CEO of Fyma where we help build better places with data. Fyma partners with commercial real estate developers and asset managers to help them make sense of their built space: from footfall to all kinds of transport, accessibility and dwell time analytics. Set up in minutes, GDPR compliant and works on any camera in the world. I have 17+ years prior experience in ICT and Business Development roles, having most recently worked at CGI Estonia as Business Development Director, laying foundations for company-wide innovation and product development and prior to that at Mooncascade, Estonia's fastest growing software development house where I tripled their annual revenue during my two years with the company as their Head of Business Development.I have lived and worked in the UK, South Africa and the Middle East, both in private and public sector organisations in management positions. I also had the honour of working with Abu Dhabi Government Media Zone Authority to bring productions such as fast Furious 7 and Star Wars 7 successfully to the Emirate. I am a regular speaker on strategy, business development and management topics at conferences and events: Google Baltics, Nordic Testing Days (keynotes); TTÜ Cyber Conference, Digigirls with Telia, Frankfurt Mobikon, Telia VUNK accelerator and many others, I have also hosted panels and interviews, most popular of these have garnered over a million views. I am passionate about getting more women into STEM and management positions and changing the world for the better through the use of computer vision.
