Lezlie Tram Le is a highly accomplished leader and entrepreneur. She is the Founder and CEO of LT Commercial Group, a commercial real estate firm that focuses on providing guidance, opportunities, advocacy, and support to small local businesses and minority communities. Lezlie has been managing her own businesses since the age of 22. She draws on her own entrepreneurial experience as a business consultant, continually helping business owners to navigate through do’s and don’ts and how to avoid making costly mistakes. Lezlie has been instrumental in helping numerous minority small business clients find retail locations, start businesses, and overcome language barriers with contracts, leases, negotiations, and communications with city officials.
After almost a decade of real estate brokerage, Lezlie formed LT Development Partners in 2020. Her ultimate goal is to create an inclusive and thriving community where everyone has a place to call home and an affordable commercial space where small local business owners can find inspiration and encouragement. Lezlie believes in empowering others to dream big and work collaboratively to build a better future for our community.
Lezlie has been recognized for her outstanding leadership and achievements. She served as the President of the Austin chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America Austin Chapter(AREAA) in 2020, where she worked tirelessly to advance the interests of Asian American real estate professionals and homeownership in Austin. She received the Austin Under 40 and the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards. Recently, Lezlie was featured on the May 2023 cover of Austin Woman Entrepreneur, a local magazine that highlights successful women entrepreneurs in the Austin area. She also serves as an advisor to the Economic Department for the City of Manor, TX, where she works to support economic growth and development in the community. She recently joined the Austin Women Entrepreneurs Task Force which will issue a report to Mayor Watson in early 2024 providing pragmatic and actionable steps that the city, our higher education institutions, non-profits, and private sector partners can take to support Austin’s women entrepreneurs more robustly.
